Application areas

Liquid adhesive, current transformers, insulators, and surge arresters

Solid glue, instrument transformer insulators, surge arresters

Solid-insulated pole, reactor dip coating

Note:

  • Curing conditions: After thoroughly mixing the liquid adhesive components A and B in a 1:1 ratio, mold‑press at 175°C for 5 minutes using a 140 mm × 120 mm × 2 mm mold.
  • Solid adhesive: vulcanized under a 25×25 mm mold at 175°C for 5 minutes.

Packaging Specifications

  • Suitable for 200 kg/drum and 20 kg/drum.

Precautions

  • Store at room temperature in a dry, well-ventilated indoor location, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
  • During storage and use, contact with compounds containing nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, or lead can poison the platinum catalyst, thereby impairing the sulfidation process.

Optically transparent silicone gel

This adhesive is an optically transparent silicone, consisting of two components, A and B. Before use, Component A must be thoroughly mixed with Component B, followed by injection molding.

Standard platinum-cured extrudable silicone rubber series

This series of extrusion-grade elastomers complies with halogen‑free, RoHS, REACH, and U.S. FDA standards, exhibits excellent processability, and is well suited for platinum‑catalyzed calendering and extrusion processes.

Self-lubricating silicone rubber

After vulcanization and molding, the self-lubricating thermosetting silicone rubber exhibits a slight oil‑leaching effect, which enhances and maintains the surface friction characteristics of the finished part. This product is well suited for compression molding.

High-temperature-resistant silicone rubber

It exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance (250°C–350°C), aging resistance, superior thermal dissipation, and compressive strength.

Molded flame-retardant silicone rubber

This series of flame-retardant adhesives meets the UL94 V‑0 flammability standard, offering excellent flame retardancy and superior processability, making it well suited for molding and extrusion processes.
