Brief description

This adhesive is an optically transparent silicone, consisting of two components, A and B. Before use, component A must be thoroughly mixed with component B, after which it can be injection-molded.

Main uses

Packaging: Use dedicated buckets for A and B components, available in 20 kg/bucket or 200 kg/bucket sizes.

Forming process: Platinum vulcanization, injection molding

. Shelf life: From the date of manufacture, the A and B components should be stored separately in their original packaging; under ambient conditions (25°C), they can be stored for 12 months.

Precautions for Use
. At 20°C, the pot life of the A/B components when mixed and sealed is 48 hours; this pot life decreases as the temperature rises.
. The vulcanization time depends on the vulcanization temperature and the thickness of the product; please adjust the specific vulcanization time based on actual conditions.
