Features:
- Solid silicone rubber and liquid silicone rubber exhibit high transparency, excellent performance, resistance to yellowing and aging, stable pressure characteristics, and good flexibility, and can be used continuously over a temperature range of –40°C to 200°C.
- At 20°C, the A/B components can be safely handled for 5 days when mixed and stored under sealed conditions; the shelf life decreases as the temperature rises.
Applications:
- Suitable for medical products such as laryngeal masks, face masks, medical catheters, and anesthesia–analgesia pumps.

Note:
- Curing conditions: After thoroughly mixing the liquid adhesive’s A and B components in a 1:1 ratio, mold the material in a 140 mm × 120 mm × 2 mm die at 175°C for 5 minutes.
- Solid adhesive: vulcanized using a 25‑sulfur system, molded in a 150 mm × 140 mm die, and cured at 175°C for 5 minutes.
- This data is for reference only; the specific material properties and molding process parameters shall be subject to those provided by our Technical Department.
Packaging Specifications
- Liquid glue is available in 200 kg/drum and 20 kg/drum sizes, while solid glue is packaged in 20 kg/cartons.
Precautions
- ·Store at room temperature in a dry, well-ventilated indoor location, away from direct sunlight; shelf life is 12 months.
- ·During storage and use, contact with compounds containing N, P, S, Sn, or Pb can poison the platinum catalyst, thereby affecting the sulfidation process.
