Product Introduction
This product is a liquid silicone molding material that remains soft down to –40°C, with high purity and excellent elasticity. Unlike conventional silicone rubber formulations, it does not solidify after mixing and exhibits no chemical changes during vulcanization. Prior to curing, it maintains outstanding fluidity, making it easy to handle and process. It offers strong adhesion to EVA, PVC, and fabrics, and can be reused upon skin contact. If the surface becomes soiled, simply apply dish soap, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Instructions for Use of Medical Silicone Gel
1. Thoroughly mix Component A and Component B in their respective containers, adhering to a weight ratio of Component A : Component B = 1:1.
2. Allow the pot‑encapsulated components to stand undisturbed to degas naturally; once most of the bubbles have dissipated, they can be heated to accelerate curing (at 80°C, full cure typically takes about 30 minutes). Alternatively, they may be left to cure at room temperature, which generally requires approximately 10 hours for complete curing.
3. The specified curing time should be maintained at the temperatures listed in the technical data sheet, both before and after curing. If the applied coating thickness is relatively high, the actual curing time may exceed the recommended duration.
