SDA-6107 This product series of plastic additives is an ultra‑high molecular weight silicone resin masterbatch, representing a cutting‑edge, environmentally friendly new organic silicon material on the international market. It can incorporate ultra‑high molecular weight silicone raw materials and… PA 、 PC 、 PE 、 PP 、 PU 、 PPO 、 PET 、 PBT 、 ABS 、 EVA It is blended into a granular form, offering convenient use and easy metering; simply mix it with plastic pellets for excellent processing performance. The silicone is uniformly dispersed in the polymer matrix as extremely fine particles, delivering superior product performance and providing long-lasting, stable improvements in surface lubricity, anti‑sticking properties, and mold release. Moreover, the presence of ultra‑high molecular weight silicone in highly filled systems significantly enhances the polymer’s impact resistance, tear strength, and self‑healing capabilities.
