Product Introduction
Compounded silicone rubber RH-NE753 is compatible with both dicumyl peroxide and platinum-catalyzed addition curing. It can be extruded at low temperatures and cured in a thermal oven, yielding a variety of electronic cables that comply with UL 1581. It is widely used for flame-retardant, high-temperature‑resistant electronic wires.
Main features
The tensile‑tear properties and aging resistance of the gold‑catalyzed addition‑cured material comply with halogen, RoHS, and REACH certifications.

Storage conditions: The rubber compound and color masterbatch should be stored sealed at room temperature (≤25°C), protected from direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 6 months; vulcanizing agents A and B must be stored separately, sealed, and refrigerated at 4°C, with a shelf life of 3 months.
The vulcanizing agent is added at 0.7% for RH-PTA3 and 1.5% for RH-PTB3. In the aging data, the green portions indicate the specification requirements.
The physical property data listed in the table above are for reference only. If you require an inspection report for the product, please request it from your sales office.
When adding the platinum vulcanizing agent, the roll temperature should not exceed 30°C; use the compound within 2 hours after adding the agent, or gelation may occur.
