Features:

·It features high transparency, high strength, excellent resilience, low deformation, resistance to yellowing, and aging resistance.

·Complies with U.S. FDA CFR 21 Part 177.2600, European EN 14350‑2 Section 4.9 for volatile compound testing, as well as the European RoHS and REACH regulations;

·At 20°C, the pot life of the A/B components in a sealed state is 5 days; this pot life decreases as the temperature rises.

Applications: Suitable for manufacturing food-grade products such as baby pacifiers, feeding bottles, bottle caps, infant tableware, and a range of baby toys.

·Vulcanization conditions: After thoroughly mixing components A and B in equal parts, mold the material in a 140 mm × 120 mm × 2 mm die at 175°C for 5 minutes.

Packaging Specifications

Suitable for 200 kg/drum and 20 kg/drum.

Precautions

· Store at room temperature in a dry, well-ventilated indoor location, away from direct sunlight; shelf life is 12 months.

·During storage and use, contact with compounds containing N, P, S, Sn, or Pb can poison the platinum catalyst, thereby affecting the sulfidation process.
