Features: Initial adhesion, peeling force adjustable (1~600 g/25mm)
• To meet customer specific application needs, silicone pressure sensitive adhesives (RH-PSA) can be formulated with peel forces ranging from ultra low tack (1 g/25 mm) to medium tack (> 600 g/25 mm) .
In the application of polyester (PET) film substrate, compared with ordinary organic pressure-sensitive adhesive (Organic PSA), RH-PSA silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive has the following advantages:
• Excellent wetting and venting: the protective film can be quickly wetted and attached;
• Self-adhesive, reliable low adhesion, suitable for repeated lamination;
• Higher long-term adhesion stability;
• Higher optical transmittance, no yellowing phenomenon;
• Low viscosity, flow properties; high solids, low VOC.
Application: Protective tape/film field.

* Peel force test conditions:
Coating method, PET pre-coated film or corona film with substrate thickness of 25 μm/50 μm; glue thickness of 10 μm (dry glue);
In the peeling force test, the peeling material is 304 stainless steel sheet.
