Number of positions available: 5 (R&D Assistant Engineer, R&D Engineer)
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline such as polymer materials or materials science; or at least three years of experience in a technical role within the organosilicon industry.
Compensation and Benefits: RMB 6,000–8,000 per month for bachelor’s degree holders; RMB 8,000–20,000 per month for master’s degree holders with relevant technical experience in the organosilicon industry, plus commission based on the project’s market share.
